He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou; his brother Robert; and his parents, William Augustine and Charlotte Augustine (Mastuen). He is survived by: his children, John Augustine (Jenny) of Milwaukee, WI, Brenda Gabriel (Mark) of River Falls, WI, Linda Bures (David) of Dubuque, IA and Lee Augustine of Pewaukee, WI; and his grandchildren, Jacob Augustine (Amy), Jonathan Augustine, Jackie Schmidt (Dan), Emily Myers (Levi), Ben Gabriel, Isaac Gabriel, Amy Less (Bill), Andrea Anderegg (Chad), Josh Anderegg (Hilary), Kyle Augustine (Rachel), Kari Lawson (Wes) and Kaja Augustine.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Leonard-Grau Funeral Home (500 W Center St, Monona, IA 52159). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
