She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Postma and Ione Postma (Risewick); her husbands, Raleigh Vanderwaal and Ralph Stewart; her son-in-law Bob Ross; her grandson Nathan Ross; her siblings, Alice Kaldenberg (Willard), Hubert Postma (Tootie) and Harold Postma; her parents-in-law, Roy Vanderwaal and Pauline Vanderwaal; her stepmother-in-law Jesse Vanderwaal; and her sister-in-law Marie Vanderwaal.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Vanderwaal and Paula Ross; and her grandchildren, Blake Ross, Lily Ross and Trayton Ross.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 703 W 2nd St, Prairie City, IA 50228. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
