He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lee and Freda VanDerHart (Tukker); and his wife Wilma Ann Van Donselaar. He is survived by: his son Brian VanDerHart (Jennifer); his grandsons, Evan and Noah; his son Brad VanDerHart (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Cody, Cade and Coen; his son Greg VanDerHart (Sarah); his granddaughters, Stella and Gwen; his son Kyle VanDerHart (Courtney); his grandchildren, Kole and Kooper; and his sister Elaine Struik (Verlan). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Prairie City Christian Reformed Church (608 E 6th St, Prairie City, IA 50228). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Prairie City Christian Reformed Church, Monroe Fire Department or the Monroe American Legion.
