He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Malloy and Betty Malloy (Freeborn); and his sister Jackie Griffith. He is survived by: his wife Bev of Montezuma; his sons, Tony Malloy (Dawn) of Williamsburg and Chris Malloy (Krystal) of Altoona; his grandchildren, Chase Malloy, Morgan Malloy, Jenna Creps (Jaden), Caden Frizell and Steven Frizell (Bree); his great grandchildren, Milo and Tali Frizell; and his sisters, Hettie Maschmann (Jim), Patti McBurney (Terry) and Cara (Michael).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions will be used to place a bench at the Eddyville Raceway Park in honor of Dan and checks may be payable to Beverly Malloy to purchase the bench.
