She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter McDowell and Viola McDowell (Arvidson). She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Montgomery of New Sharon and Curtis Ferguson (Robin) of New Sharon; her grandchild Ashley Van Donselaar (Josh) of Grinnell; her sons, Cole Ferguson of New Sharon and Tyson Ferguson of New Sharon; and her great grandchildren, Khloe Van Donselaar and Aria Van Donselaar. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Jackson Township Cemetery (300 S High St, Montezuma, IA 50171).
