He is survived by: his sons, Casey, Cody, Cory (Nicole) and Carter; his grandchildren, Lincoln and Emersyn; his siblings, Dan (Kathy), Danica Hughes (Russ), Deb Scanlon and David (Connie); and his wife Lori Boeding.
