She was predeceased by : her parents, Friedrich Ortgies and Johanne Rastede Ortgies; her spouse Milo Tobiason; and her sister Gertrude (Dennis) of Everett. She is survived by : her children, Charlotte Sunday of Tucson, AZ and Aaron of Clive, IA; her grandchildren, Michael Sunday (Stephanie), Jennifer Hoffman (Fred) and Charlotte Tobiason; her great grandchildren, Fred, Cassidy, Michelle, Michael, Hailey and Dylan; and her grandsons, Jeffrey Sunday and Scott Tobiason.

In lieu of flowers and gifts the family requests that memorials be directed to Wayne Zion Lutheran Church, which played such an important role in her life.
