We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2023, at the age of 91, Gladys Frieda Tholen of Monticello, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gladys Frieda Tholen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her sister Patricia; her husband Duane Tholen; and her son-in-law Dennis Kuker. She is survived by : her daughters, Cynthia Ingalls (Michael) and Deborah Kuker; and her sisters, Betty Jacobs and Marion Rio.

After Gladys moved to Cynthia's they moved all her cookie baking pans and her cookie bowl with her and continued making cookies until Covid 19.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Matthew Lutheran Church or Camp Courageous.
