He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Welter and Rose Kramer Welter; and his brothers, Eldon and Lloyd Welter. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Muller Welter; his daughter Cindy Bagge (Tom); his grandchildren, Kathy Krusie (Steve), Amy Smith (Riley), Danielle Napravnik (Eric), Megan Winfrey (Bill) and Jason Krusie (Abby); and his great grandchildren, Sloane Smith, Emma, Ava Napravnik, James and Jack Winfrey.
