It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth J. Lewis of Monticello, Iowa, who passed away on December 5, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lewis and Evelyn Lewis (Supple); his siblings, Mary Gudenkauf (Carl), Gerri Pierce (Chuck), Peg Merfeld (Carl), JoAnn Egger (Ron) and Meynard Lewis; and his pet Honey Bea.
He is survived by: his children, Shawn Lewis (Laura) and Stacie Sullivan (CJ); his grandson Lucas Sullivan; and his siblings, Madonna Koob (Steve) and Terry Lewis (Linda).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (210 E 3rd St, Monticello, IA 52310). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (302 N Sycamore St, Monticello, IA 52310).
