It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Joseph Delay of Monticello, Iowa, born in Anamosa, Iowa, who passed away on April 10, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Delay and Elsie Delay (English); his sister Joan Marie; and his siblings-in-law, William, Beulah Wolfe, John Wolfe, Delaine Sather and Mary Stenberg.
He is survived by : his children, Jennifer James (Marc) of Mount Vernon and Mark Delay of Portland, OR; his brother Bill Delay of Monticello; his goddaughter Hannah Rose Wehlre; and his wife Rose Wolfe.
