She was predeceased by : her parents, Dr. Colin G. Thomas and Eloise K. Thomas; her husband Robert H. Lubben; her son Alan T. Lubben; and her siblings, Colin G. Thomas Jr., John B. Thomas, Willam R. Thomas and Elizabeth Busby (Betty).

She is survived by : her son David Lubben (Lisa); her grandchildren, Lydia Grant (Neal), Lael Robinson (Joel), Clayton Lubben, Allison Kelchen (Josh), Emma Lubben and Dane Heiar; her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Collins and Gibson Grant; and her great great grandchild Wysteria.

She was a member of P.E.O. Chapter FP for over 70 years, a member of Friday Club until its demise after 100 years, and a founding member of the Monticello School Foundation.
