He was predeceased by: his brother Donald; and his parents, Henry Ahlrichs and Gertrude Hinkel Ahlrichs. He is survived by: his sons, Bob Jr. Ahlrichs (Barb) and Rod Ahlrichs (Cheri); his stepchildren, Harlan (Gayle) and Valerie Boelman (Brandon); his sister Judy Stammeyer; his sister-in-law Barbara Ahlrichs; and his wife Linda Chaplin De Mean.
