He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Tami Takes (Greg), Mike Hines (Stacey), Tracy Mugan (Phil) and Marcy Lopez (Todd); his grandchildren, C. J. Takes (Shannon), Ben Takes (Christine), Nick Takes (Kally), Lorna Lopez, Danielle Lopez, Noah Hines and Nate Hines; his sister Becky Madden (Jim); his nephew B. J. Greer (Crystal); and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Paulsen, Lisa Moore (Bob), Tom Paulsen and Steven Paulsen (Judy). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
