She was predeceased by: her siblings, Duane and Ann; her parents, Ralph Otten and Rena Kammerman Otten; and her husband Don Hanssen.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew Lutheran Church (226 N Cedar St, Monticello, IA 52310).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Above and Beyond Hospice.
