He was predeceased by : his parents, George Bohlken and Dorothy Bohlken; his brother Michael; his parents-in-law, Edward and Dorothy Janssen; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Schmit and Dave Findley.
He is survived by : his wife Susan; his children, Chad (Ada), Miranda (Michael) and Karlyn (Luther); his grandchildren, Mykenzie, Jordan, Zane, Violet and Ryder; and his siblings, John Bohlken (Ginny), Bill Bohlken (Dorrean) and Nancy Flynn (Mike). He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
