He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Johnson and Dolores Phillips Johnson; and his brothers, Jim and Paul. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Johnson of Montrose; his son Scott Johnson (Kitty) of Ft. Madison; his sisters, Dorothy Kensett of Ft. Madison, Pam Muenchow of Fountain Hills, AZ and Teresa Goedicke (Paul) of Altus, OK; and his siblings' children, Rhonda, Amber, Deonna and Kaden. He is also survived by three grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
