We announce the death of Barbara Loehr of Moorland, Iowa, who passed away on July 2, 2026, at the age of 92. Barbara will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Slama and Helen Slama (Richard); her brother Eugene Slama; and her granddaughter Melissa Loehr. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Loehr (Lorie) of Moorland, Carol Richmond (David) of Indianola and Marcella Loehr of Rosemount, MN; her grandchildren, Dante Richmond (Annie), Danielle Richmond, Ashley Bachman (Tanner) and Leslie Loehr-Kicklighter (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Theo and Maddie Bachman; and her grandchild Roslynn Richmond.
