She is survived by: her husband Larry Cook; her son Toby Anderson (Amber); her grandchildren, Cody, Alexis and McKenna; her great grandchild Romee of Hampton, Iowa.; her siblings, Rodney Hill of Greenville, IL and Lisa Runnells (Kevin) of Fort Dodge; and her nephews, Austin and Dylan Runnells. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
