He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Tomlin; his wife Deb Smothers; his children, Anthony Smothers (Brooke) of Glenwood, IA, Heather Maletta (Tim Potter) of Moravia, IA and Miranda Tucker (Cliff) of Ottumwa, IA; his grandchildren, McKinlee Jenkins (Jordan), Ty Tucker, Cambree Smothers and Kirby Tucker; his great grandchild Walker Jenkins; and his brothers, Randy Smothers, Mark Smothers (Thelma), Brent Smothers and Mike Zemo.
