She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur McMillen and Evelyn McMillen (Zumwalt); her husbands, Jack Moyle and Warren Sullivan; her children, Michael Sullivan and Sarah Sullivan; her great grandchildren, Renn, Freya and Gwenevere Johnson; and her siblings, Virginia Weldon, Joyce Harrison and Thomas McMillen.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Sullivan of Ottumwa, Timothy Sullivan (Cindy) of Owatonna, MN, Cynthia Gillaspie (Mark) of Albia, Brenda Polson of Albia, Micheal Moyle (Tiffany) of Huntsville, Arkansas and Shanna Gerig (Kenny) of Albany, Oregon; and her brother Jess McMillen (Debbie) of Lovilia. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
