She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Garry Stapp and Josephine Beatrice Stapp; her husband Dennis Keith Underwood; and her siblings, Mamie Spears, Darlene Johnson, Joan Matthews, Janet Culbertson, Everett, Robert, Dwayne "Mick", Samuel, Kirk and Larry Stapp.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Rowley (Harold) and Troy Underwood (Jackie); her sisters, Barbara Jo Harbison and Judith Ross; and her children, Harold Rowley, Jackie Underwood and Toby Underwood. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
