Charles Frymoyer Obituary
The memory of Charles Frymoyer of Moscow, Iowa, who passed away on June 23, 2025 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Frymoyer and Elsie Frymoyer (Kaufmann); his wife Caroline Hartwig; his son Charles "Rowdy" Frymoyer; his grandson Charles Wyatt Frymoyer; and his siblings, Leroy Frymoyer, Pauline Frymoyer and Katherine Groves.
He is survived by: his children, Laurie DeVore (Tim) of Wilton, Susan Tjelmeland (Scott) of Independence, Iowa, Michael Frymoyer (Tracy) of Moscow and Forrest Frymoyer (Renea) of Durant; and his sister Naomi Birkhofer. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren; one great-great grandson; and a niece.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bentley Funeral Home (1001 6th St, Durant, IA 52747). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Durant American Legion, Post #430 in his memory.
