She is survived by : her former life partner Bobby White; her son Charles; her husband Chuck Mickael of Mount Ayr, IA; her children, Chucky White (Hannah), Jessica White (Ty), Krystle Mickael (Ignacio) and Katelyn Mickael (Caleb); her mother-in-law Carolyn Paxton of Ava, MO; her brother David Lewis (Michelle); and her sister-in-law Carol Swainston (John). She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
