He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Virden and Fornola Virden (Higday); and his sisters, Sandra Campbell, Linda Foland and Stephanie Beck.
He is survived by: his daughter Makenzie Virden-Still (Brock) of Mount Ayr; his granddaughters, Kambreigh Shae and Aspen Celae; and his sisters, Vicki Jackson (Vincent) of Winterset and Mitzi Tann (Gaylen) of Waterloo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Memorials can be made to the Judge Lewis Little League fields in Mount Ayr, Iowa.
