He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert Hayse and Virginia Estella LaShier Hayse; his wife Katie; and his son-in-law Clint Kniep. He is survived by: his children, Peter (Sally) of Maryville and Shaun of Mount Ayr; his grandchildren, Kyle of Cainsville, MO, Tyler (Sharon) of Redding, Jillian of Iowa City and Tessa of Mount Ayr; and his great grandchild Asher (Bobbi Bainum) of Redding.
