He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane R. Olsen and Dorothy J. Olsen (Brenneman); and his sister Deana Guhde. He is survived by: his wife Janet S. Wilmot (Shreve); his stepdaughter Amberlee; his brother Richard Olsen (Colene); his nieces, Jessica Krause and Mabel Krause; his nephew Josh Olsen; his brother Roger Olsen; Jenny Tice.
