He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaylen Bullock and Shelby Marie Bullock (Floyd); and his children, Shelby Ryan Bullock and Patricia Bullock-Gipple. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Bullock of Mount Ayr, IA; his stepchildren, Desirea Hammers-Fuller and Dallas Earley; his grandchildren, Ben Gipple, Anna Gipple, Kaitlynn Fuller, Conner Fuller, Sebastian Burger, Lux Brinker and Genevieve Earley; and his siblings, Gene Bullock (Linda) of Ellston, IA, Doug Bullock (Theola) of Creston, IA and Carol Whited (Jack) of Afton, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial fund has been established in his name to be decided by his family.
