He is survived by: his wife Peggy of Mt. Ayr; his children, Jennifer Hilsenbeck (Steve) of Walford, IA, Jason Worthington (Rachel) of Mt. Ayr and Jacque Shore (Dan) of Mt. Ayr; his grandchildren, Hudson Hilsenbeck of Walford, IA, Logan, Payton Worthington of Mt. Ayr, Klayton and Kymree Verbick of Mt. Ayr; his sister Loretta White (Johnny) of Mt. Ayr; and his siblings-in-law, Charlotte and Leonard Swank of Mt. Ayr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial fund has been established in his name to be decided.
