She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Hill and Mary Hill (Sinn); her husband Earl "Bud" Manning; her son Mark Manning; her grandchildren, Matthew Manning, Amy Richard and Micah Manning; and her siblings, Dwight Hill, Dennis Hill, Marvin Hill and Linda Underwood.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo Richard of Wayland, Ernie Manning of Mt. Pleasant, Tim Manning of Dallas, Jack Manning of Burlington, Steve Manning of Atlanta Georgia, Connie Taylor of New London, Terry Manning of Burlington, Kathy Manning of Atlanta, Denny Manning of Salem and Bradley Manning of Atlanta; and her siblings, Johnnie Hill, Art Hill, Gary Hill, Thelma Bush, Mildred Rich and Violet McGuire. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 54 great grandchildren.
