He is survived by : his son Calvin; his former life partner Connie Fjeld of New London; his son Clint Maddy (Jade) of New London; his grandchildren, Korte and Garrett; his daughter Carmen Heckenberg (Stephen) of Sperry; his grandchildren, Drew, Ryan and Nate; his son Colin Maddy of Malcom; his granddaughters, Estella and Eva; his daughter Colletta Palladino (Tony) of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Ivy and Spencer; and his siblings, Cheryl Payne of Mount Pleasant, Frank Maddy of Henderson, Bill Maddy of Mount Pleasant, Jane Maddy-Vasquez of Bettendorf and Tom Maddy of Mount Pleasant.
