Chad Fountain Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chad Fountain of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, who passed away on March 16, 2024 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Pat Fountain. He is survived by: his mother Barb Fountain (Burich) of Mount Pleasant; his siblings, Debi Shalla (John) of Riverside, Kevin of Iowa City, David of Iowa City and Todd of St. Peter's, MO; his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Tiffany, Ashlee, Travis, Trenton, Patrick, Jared and Emma; his great-nieces, Jurzie and Skylin; and his pet Gozer. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
