He was predeceased by: his father Leslie Wise; his grandparents, Lyle Salisbury, Arthur and Maydee Wise; and his aunts, Ruth Ellis and Marilyn Howarter.
He is survived by: his mother Janice Poloney (Salisbury) of Canton, IL; his sisters, Teresa Fleming (Richard) of Mattoon, IL, Patricia Cupp (Robert) of Cannon City, CO and Connie Rossignol (Thomas) of Aurora, CO; and his grandmother Irma Salisbury of Canton. He is also survived by three nieces and nephews, two great nieces and nephews, and several cousins.
