She was predeceased by : her parents, Eldo Hasley and Rosetta Chalupsky Hasley; her former life partner Douglas Wear; her husband Arthur Holtkamp; her brother Eldon; her daughters, Carolyn Graber and Diane Jenkinson; her daughter-in-law Bonita Holtkamp; and her granddaughter Nicole Mall.
She is survived by : her children, Lawrence Wear (Sindy) of New London, Dale Wear (Becky), Steve Jenkinson of Muscatine, Jerry Graber of Washington, Randy Holtkamp (Beth Garrison) of Sequim, WA, Jay Holtkamp (Rhonda) of Ankeny and Gary Holtkamp of Branson, MO.; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Hasley, Anita Blindt (Ed), Geraldine Conrad (Don) and Tom Holtkamp (Dianne). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
