He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smith and Martha Smith (Winters); and his sister Kathy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Pam McAllister; his children, Barry Smith (Donna) of Oquawka, Tammy Foster (James) of Oquawka, Travis McAllister (Stephanie) of Mt. Union and Stacey Blanchard (Jamie) of Deatsville, Alabama; and his siblings, Mike Smith (Cheryl) and Maureen Gorzney. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
