We bid farewell to Debra (Deb) Mueller of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 20, 2025 at the age of 70. Debra touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Eugene and Sharon Hutchinson-Hiatt-Hillbrant; her stepfather Eldon Witthoft; and her siblings, Cindy Tisdale and Ed Hiatt.
She is survived by: her husband James E. Mueller, Jr.; her sons, Jimmy Mueller (Monica) of Mount Pleasant and Jeff Mueller of Boone; her grandchildren, Brea (Kevin Baxter), William (Jenna Smith), Josh, Nessa and Finn; her sisters, Pam Oetken (Gary) of Danville and Christy Church of Wayland; her stepsiblings, Sara Ladlie (Darin) of Ft Dodge, Susan Bayse (Ryan) of Waterloo and Steve Witthoft (Tina) of Mount Pleasant; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Tisdale and Heather Gooden.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice in her memory.
