He is survived by: his wife Joan L. Johnston of New London; his children, Allen Wiseman (Abby) of Mt. Union, Kevin Wiseman of Florida, Laura Wagner of Lowell, Barbara Shipley (Barry) of Burlington and Richard Haines of Des Moines; and his grandchildren, Deklin, Gradyn, Brylee, Jennifer, Jason, Jeremy, Michelle, Shannon, Stephanie and Jamie. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
