It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy B. Moore of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, who passed away on January 1, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Billingsley and Iva Billingsley (Erickson); her husband Lee C. Moore; and her brothers, William and Don.
She is survived by: her family Lockridge; her daughter Denise Nelson (Jay) of Winfield; her grandsons, Matt Nelson (Amber) of Winfield, Sean Nelson (Dani) of Marion and Ryan Nelson of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Shaye, Micah Nelson, Corinne and Finley Nelson.
A memorial fund has been established for Tunnels to Towers.
