She is survived by: her husband Gary Welcher; her children, Elizabeth Kapust (Andrew) of Olympia, WA, Lesley Holgorsen (Brett) of Houston, TX, Kathleen Fry (Jason) of Mount Pleasant, Michael Welcher of Mount Pleasant, Mary Rasmussen (Robert) of Baltimore, MD and Dave Foulke (Lynn) of Eden Prairie, MN; her grandchildren, Ryan (Ella Kapust), Clayton (Garrett Holgorsen), Katelyn, Kirstin (Jacob Fry), Erik, Adam (Tyler Rasmussen) and Brianna Foulke; her great grandchildren, Malachi Foulke and Chloe Rasmussen; and her sister Louise Christian of Williamston, MI. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was always giving of herself to others through plasma donations and with Women's Health Initiative.
