He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Ham and Winifred Ham (Heinsius); and his pet Smokey. He is survived by: his former wife Susan Hinkhouse; his wife Karen Stark; his children, Michelle Frauenholtz (Bill) of West Liberty, Mark Ham (Becky) of Swisher and Stefanie Ball of North Liberty, Iowa; his stepchildren, Mike Stark (Kim) of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, Nathan Stark of Lockridge, Iowa, Monty Stark (Tammy) of Mt. Pleasant, Sheila Wilkerson of New London, Rhonda White (Michael) of Stockport and Natasha Rohde (Jason) of Stockport, Iowa; and his sister Joanne West of Aiken. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
