Florence June Wesely Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence June Wesely of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, who passed away on June 5, 2020 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Florence June Wesely to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Bertha Hill (Christner); her husbands, Wilbur Shirkey and Merlin "Mike" Wesely; her sons, Richard Shirkey and Charles Shirkey; her sons-in-law, Jerry Allender and Jeff Weigert; and her siblings, Lester Hill, Jay Hill, Carl Hill, Max Hill, Kenny Hill, Leola Whitney and Mina Crile.

She is survived by: her children, Sandra Allender of Mt. Pleasant, Mark Wesely (Janet) of Danville, Nancy Weigert of Mt. Pleasant and Amy Mabeus (Todd) of Mt. Pleasant; her grandchildren, Josh Shirkey, Gabe Shirkey, Amanda Walljasper-Tate, Sara Walljasper, Katie Kremer, Stephanie Erdmann, Emily Wolfe, Natalie Wesely, Travis Weigert, Shaylee Weigert, Hannah Mabeus, Mikayla Yaley, Courtney Vitale and Trevor Mabeus; and her siblings, Stan Hill of Mt. Pleasant and Melva Sammons of Mt. Pleasant. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
