She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wilbur C. Cooper and Henrietta Cooper (Hingst); her husband Carl Eric Alvine of Mt. Pleasant; her children, Kent Alvine of Swedesburg, Kurt Alvine of Mt. Pleasant and Kay Hotchkiss (Russell) of Robins, IA; and her grandchild Keegan Hotchkiss of Robins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kimzey Funeral Home (213 N Main St, Mt Pleasant, IA 52641). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Swedesburg Evangelical Lutheran Church (1897 140th St, Mt Pleasant, IA 52641).
