He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Moore and Joan Moore (Anjal); his son Jason Moore; and his sisters, Carol Moore and Phyllis Epperly.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Exline of Mount Pleasant; his children, Curtis Moore and Jessica Williams (Rozell); and his siblings, Alan Moore (Terry), Donnie Gladfelter (Paula), Rita Crick (Steve) and Laurel Richardson.
