The family announces the passing of Linda Hunsaker of Mount Pleasant, Iowa on September 27, 2026. Linda, born on April 8, 1941, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Russell and Ida Charlotte Swanson (Kuenzler); her husband Clyde "Neil" Hunsaker; her daughter-in-law Stacy Hunsaker; and her granddaughter Lynelle Hunsaker.
She is survived by: her sons, Cliff Hunsaker of Mt. Pleasant and Will Hunsaker (Joyce) of Ottumwa; her grandchildren, Travis Hunsaker (Heather) of Bloomfield and Jodi Campbell (Arthur) of Mount Pleasant; her great grandchildren, Kyle, Kara Campbell, Wesley and Mya Hunsaker; and her sister Victoria Beach of Denmark.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral Home of Mount Pleasant (408 N Broadway St, Mt Pleasant, IA 52641). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Lincoln Street Fellowship.
Memorials may be directed to Donut Day at Woodland Heights, (the former Arbor Court) or to the Lincoln Street Fellowship Building Fund in her memory.
