With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard E Elefson (Mount Pleasant, Iowa), born in Osage, Iowa, who passed away on August 2, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Elefson and Josephine Elefson (Pullen); his stepmother Edna Elefson; and his sister Mary Jo Elefson. He is survived by: his wife Beverley Mills; his children, Steven Elefson (Alla), Susan Moriarty (John), Bradley Elefson and Amy Doyle (Wes); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Alesa and Kateryna Elefson; and his children, Kelsey, Makenzie Moriarty, Kyle, Sarah Elefson and Shaelyn Doyle.
A memorial fund has been established for the American Heart Association and New McKendree United Methodist Church, Jackson, Missouri.
