He is survived by: his wife Becky A. Swailes; his son Dan Van Winkle (Kira) of Ottumwa; his daughter-in-law Kristin Van Winkle of Washington; his grandchildren, Madison, Lincoln, Quincy, Grady and Cooper; his sister Cheryl Bell of Houghton; and his brother-in-law Rex Swailes of Mount Pleasant.
