He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren E. Ford and Flora Ford (Collins); and his brothers, Marvin "Butch" Ford and Don Ford. He is survived by: his former wife Brenda Cureton; his wife Janet Davis of Mount Pleasant; his children, Rick Ford (Susie) of Wayland, Becky Waddell (Terry) of New London and Ryan Ford (Dayna) of Mount Pleasant; his grandchildren, Shanae Condreay (Adam), Ashley Bricker (Travis), Tiffany Ford (Travis Baker), Sawyer Burden, Chris Ford (Shantel), Tucker Burden, Kelci Ford (Justin Carr), Brandy Bloom and Rheanna Peterson (Rocco Russo); his great grandchildren, Makynna, Xander, Bentyn, Keilan, Kinzley, Tegan, Tia, Micah, Kenadie, Briyele, Beckham, Kaiser, Leah, Naiya, Hadley, Remy, Ralyn, Lincoln, Behnsen, Blayklee, Layla, Eli, Bianca, Ophelia and Gianna; his stepchildren, Todd Davis (Teri) of Tipton, Tresha Schroeder (Mark) of Mesa and Tim Davis (Pam) of Long Grove; his stepgrandchildren, Levi Davis, Amanda Workman, Zach Davis, Jayden Schroeder and Lauren Schroeder; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ember and Jett; Jackson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral Home (408 N Broadway St, Mt Pleasant, IA 52641).
