She is survived by: her children, Bradley Gillis (Renee) of Mount Pleasant, IA, Cary Gillis of New London, IA and Darin Gillis of Mt. Pleasant, IA; her grandchildren, Kristin Chavez (Tello), Melinda Ray, Shelby Allen (Austin), Heidi Kennedy (Gavin), Holly Reyes (Jason), Heather, Hagin and Harper Gillis; and her siblings, Donna Cook and Danny Goddard (Cookie). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
The family has established a memorial fund in her memory.
