He was predeceased by: his aunt Dixie Anderson; his brother Kenny Kongable; and his fiancée Kara Davis. He is survived by: his parents, Max Kongable and Wilma Kongable (Anderson) of Mount Union; his brother Kevin Kongable (Lisa) of Mount Union; his sister-in-law Shelly Kongable of Winfield; his stepson Benny Lee (Meredith) of Mount Pleasant; his stepgrandchildren, Lucas and Logan Lee; his nieces and nephews, Alissa Herrick (Casey), Janessa Hoekstra (Trent), Kaleb Kongable (Hannah), Sophie Kongable, Jacob Kongable (Arianna), Jonas Hoekstra, Emersyn and Easton Herrick; and his uncle Terry Anderson of Geneseo, Illinois.
