He is survived by: his wife Crystal Cottrell; his children, Aaron Clark (Jackie Zubak), Ashley Caruthers (Jesse) and Afton Clark (Adam Petersen); his sister-in-law Cindy Johnson; his mother-in-law Kay Fisk; and his grandchildren, Estella, Bria, Myles, Lucas, Portia and Kaleb.
